In order to prevent criminal activity, Obsidian Security officers will be patrolling the area. Our security officers will make it clear that any offenses will not be tolerated, so criminals will decide against committing crimes. Security officers are trained on how to deal with shoplifting and other types of theft.
PATROL THE PROPERTY EVERY NIGHT TO LOOK FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.
We will patrol the mall during business hours and when the mall is closed. During business hours, we’ll keep an eye out for troublemakers, and we’ll also make sure that doors are locked at closing time. We’ll get as much done as we can before it’s time to go home. We’ll be alert at all times, and if there’s trouble, we’ll try to fix it.
SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT
We are a security services company, with trained professionals providing surveillance and monitoring services for commercial and public buildings. Our officers are trained to watch for issues and potential security breaches, and to maintain the security of the premises at all times.

Our security officers are responsible for ensuring that all of our store patrons are safe. Their friendly and caring attitude will put you at ease during your visit. They can handle any unsafe situations promptly and patrol the mall, watching out for anyone who’s acting unsafely.
ACCURATE REPORTING
Mall security officers report irregularities and potential safety concerns to keep shoppers and employees safe. If a mall security officer sees something out of the ordinary, he or she will write a detailed report to provide to the police. The report will detail the events that led up to the incident and what exactly happened so that law enforcement can act quickly. Mall security officers also write reports in case there is ever a similar incident in the future.
DELIVERING THE ULTIMATE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
As a secondary function, all officers provide customer service to all patrons. Mall security officers answer general questions about mall operations and provide directions when needed.
